DH Shipbuilding Strengthens “Shared Growth” Culture with Partner Companies

DH Shipbuilding is reinforcing its commitment to mutual growth by recognizing outstanding in-house partner companies for their achievements in the field.
On January 26, DH Shipbuilding held its Outstanding Partner Awards Ceremony and presented special awards to nine partner companies that delivered excellent results in productivity, quality, safety, and process management over the past year.
The awards were created to thank partner companies for their hard work and dedication in reaching on-site production goals together with DH Shipbuilding.
The company has continued its efforts to support partners in practical ways. In addition to this awards program, DH Shipbuilding has helped improve cash flow for partner companies by making early holiday payments. On January 23, the company also provided performance bonuses not only to its direct employees but to all partner company workers, in celebration of achieving last year’s business goals.
NJ Hajun Co., Ltd., selected as the top-performing partner company, said,
