KHI-Signed an investment attraction agreement with Hantu SG Consortium

On may 20, Daehan Shipbuilding signed an investment attraction of 200 billion won with KHI (Korean Heroes Incorporation) -Hantu SG PE Consortium.

Daehan Shipbuilding is expected to significantly improve its financial construction as it is anticipated to inflow 200 billion won of new funds.

In December, last year, the company held an open competition bid to attract investment, and the KHI-Hantu SG Consortium was selected as the preferred negotiator. The contract was completed with the active support of bond financing institutions to support the normalization of the company.
